Therapy can be an effective way to navigate life’s challenges. My approach is collaborative and primarily psychodynamic, tailored to develop a process that best suits each individual. I specialize in addressing behavioral and emotional difficulties across a broad population, including college students, professionals, adults, and young people. This includes challenges related to academic or workplace stress, complex family dynamics, trauma, and the lasting effects of adverse experiences throughout the lifespan.
Additionally, I support individuals coping with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and other functionally impairing mental health symptoms. My priority is to enhance my clients’ well-being by promoting effective coping strategies, fostering resilience, and building confidence.
As both a mother and a therapist, I bring valuable personal insight into balancing pressures—whether academic, professional, or personal—with emotional wellness and family dynamics. This perspective allows me to connect deeply with clients facing similar challenges and support them compassionately on their path toward growth and healing.
